The Bow Tie Affair event will take place on November 30th, 2023, at Entrepôts Dominion (3970 Rue Saint-Ambroise, Montréal, QC H4C 2C7).

People aged 18 and over who have purchased a ticket.

A maximum of 500 tickets are available.

Tickets are only on sale online on PROCURE website as well as on its Shopify store.

Electronic tickets (with QR code) will be sent automatically by email. Make sure you have a valid email address and enter it correctly during your transaction

Payment for the $300 ticket must be paid in full by credit card at the time of purchase.

No ticket purchase can be canceled or refunded. However, it is possible to transfer your ticket to another person if necessary.

You can download your tickets in PDF format, print them or add them to your Apple Wallet. The QR code on your tickets will be scanned upon entry to the event. Please keep the email containing your tickets.

All tickets are sent electronically. No tickets will be physically printed or mailed by PROCURE.

Don’t worry, your ticket is not lost! All transactions and ticket orders are recorded in our system.

If you have deleted the email containing your e-tickets, please contact us at info@procure.ca and we will resend your tickets.

No, this is not required. To access the event, 2 options are available to you:

• Present your electronic ticket on a smartphone (downloaded PDF document or Apple Wallet).
• Print the PDF document containing your tickets.

In all cases, it is the QR code appearing on your ticket which will be scanned at the entrance to the event to validate your ticket.

The Bowvember bow tie and matching pocket square 2024 edition included with the purchase of a ticket for the Bow Tie Affair PROCURE are shipped within 3 to 5 working days following the purchase of the ticket, from November 1, 2024. Delivery is made by Canada Post without a tracking number.

When purchasing multiple tickets, the bow ties associated with the purchase will all be sent to the delivery address provided when ordering.

In the case of a ticket transfer to another person, only the event ticket will be transferred by email. The bow tie will be sent to the original delivery address provided when ordering. If applicable, it is the buyer’s responsibility to return the bow tie included in the purchase to the person to whom the entry ticket is transferred.

All profits from this fundraising activity are 100% donated to the PROCURE organization.

Funds raised are used to provide free support services for men with prostate cancer and their loved ones, as well as to fund research.

An official donation receipt for tax purposes of $100 is automatically issued for each ticket purchased and will be emailed to you once your order is confirmed.
